We start with a In person Movement consultation that offers a detailed health, fitness and movement assessment. This ensures that we are able to address any concerns and identify personalized goals.
The movement assessment ensures that you receive an individualized program catered to your goals, needs and fitness level, created by our expert coaches.
We have a variety of plans memberships, ranging from pre-paid annuals to month to month.
Our recommended contract length is a 6 month contractual commitment ($650/mo) which is to allow for you to see the impacts of our training programs on lean muscle mass development and strength.
We offer other contract lengths but do remind members that consistency is key in building muscle. Reach out to talk to us.
Memberships include in person movement assessment, barbell training program, HIIT and functional movement training. Memberships are based on a 2 times per week commitment. Dependant on the contract we also offer InBody scans for members that purchase a 6 and 12 month contracts.
Expect to come to the gym 2 times a week for 1 hour each session. Sessions will focus both on upper and lower extremities and compound movements. Your coach will have your personalized program ready for you each time you come in. While the “weight on the bar” will get heavier as you get stronger, the level of difficulty will remain about the same. With consistency you can expect to be substantially stronger in 3-6 months. After that your improvements will slow down, and your personal program will become more complex, with heavy days and light days, but you can continue to get stronger for years. We will provide a positive and supportive environment to encourage you to become the stronger and healthier version of yourself.

Functional Movement Fitness Classes focus on helping you build a body that’s strong, balanced, and ready for whatever life brings. We incorporate functional movements coupled with HIIT training with a variety of strength, conditioning, and mobility movements to keep your heart rate up and smile on your face. We recommend adding in 1 class per week to supplement the lifting program. Classes are 1 hour long.
We accept online credit card payments or ACH. We have partnered with Stripe to process payments securely online. We do not retain any bank information.
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you miss a class due to illness, family or life event and have provided the adequate notice we will do our best to find an alternate time for you to fit in with another pod within the same week. If you go on vacation for more than 1 week we will pause your account. Makeups need to be rescheduled within the same billing period.
